Join our team as a Product Owner in Risk Division!
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for risk quantification tools and models
- Align product objectives with regulatory requirements, internal risk policies, and strategic business goals
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices in risk modelling
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity of scope and alignment with stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with risk modelling teams, risk managers, IT developers, and data specialists to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and manage enhancements to maintain product reliability
- Ensure all products comply with IFRS 9, Basel regulations, and internal risk governance standards
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and model validation processes
- Identify and mitigate risks related to product functionality, data integrity, and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for business, risk, and technology stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate deliverables
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and support teams
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Strong understanding of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, EAD, CCF) and IFRS 9 ECL methodology
- Experience with risk modelling, stress testing, or regulatory capital frameworks
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
