About the role

This role is all about driving the growth and excellence of the Market operations in Estonia. It’s a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and wants to make a real impact on how Bolt Market runs.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead the launch and daily operations of all Bolt Market stores in the country, owning full P&L performance.
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring top standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement across store, warehouse, and picker operations through data and performance insights.
Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to optimize assortment, stock availability, and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal standards while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.
Act as the main point of contact for store operations, managing process implementation and quality improvements.

About you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in retail, operations, supply chain, or business management, plus 2+ years in team leadership.
Proven track record of improving operational KPIs, efficiency, and process frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Google Sheets proficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in English and Estonian.
Based in Tallinn, with flexibility to travel and readiness to occasionally work outside standard hours.
