About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on, passionate Learning & Development Program Manager to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for our people, with a strong initial focus on managers and leaders. This role is about building high-quality learning experiences, not just administering tools, from shaping clear learning pathways (from first-time manager to experienced leader) to bringing them to life through our LMS (Supercrew Academy) and a mix of other learning formats.
Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll work closely with leaders, People Partners and subject-matter experts to translate real business and people needs into practical, scalable learning programmes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening leadership capability across , while also being a passionate driver of DEI learning initiatives and support for our ERGs.
You won’t inherit a team or an existing Learning playbook; instead, you’ll have the space to create structure, bring clarity, and continuously improve how learning supports performance, inclusion, and growth .

In this role, you will…

Design and deliver the end-to-end learning journey for managers at different stages, from first-time managers to experienced leaders

Create tailored, practical content that supports leaders in applying new skills on the job

Conduct deep-dive assessments across our manager population to identify capability gaps

Translate business and people priorities into clear learning objectives and program roadmaps

Define success metrics and evaluate program effectiveness using both qualitative and quantitative data

Use participation data, feedback and business signals to continuously improve learning experiences

Own and manage our learning platform (Sana – we call it Supercrew Academy), ensuring content is relevant, accessible, and well-curated

Act as the architect of the Super Crew Academy, ensuring a cohesive and scalable learning ecosystem

Deliver learning through multiple formats, facilitated sessions, hands-on workshops, self-serve content, and visual learning assets

Partner closely with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to align Learning initiatives with talent needs, manager capability gaps and and business priorities

Build frameworks for ERGs and secure executive sponsorship to embed DEI into our learning culture
This position is for you if you have…

5+ years of experience building L&D programs in high-growth environments (SaaS experience preferred)

Thrive in ambiguity while building scalable, long-term systems

Bring a strong toolkit of L&D frameworks and the curiosity to innovate beyond them

Have excellent project management and organizational skills

Influence confidently and aren’t afraid to push back to protect priorities
