About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead our  global influencer and advocacy initiatives, driving brand reach and awareness through creative, data-driven campaigns. You’ll manage influencer marketing activities across multiple markets, support local teams to activate creators, and oversee the  Ambassador Program worldwide. This role is key to shaping how Bolt collaborates with creators to tell authentic stories, strengthen community engagement, and deliver measurable results. It’s perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, understands performance metrics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Lead and scale  influencer and creator activities across 50+ markets.
Own complex, multi-market content projects from planning through delivery.
Develop platform-native creator strategies informed by formats, trends, and performance data.
Support local marketing teams with clear frameworks, guidance, and best practices.
Run content experiments and optimise campaigns based on insights and results.
Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, sharing insights and best practices.

About you:

You have proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.
You understand influencer marketing strategy, SaaS tools, and key performance metrics.
You balance creativity with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage complex global projects efficiently.
You’re a confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and creators.
You have experience with Google Sheets/Excel and are comfortable reporting on performance.
