What You’ll Do:

• Take part of architectural discussions of platform services and ensure technical alignment across the team.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, proactively address technical debt, and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Develop metrics for observability to ensure service quality.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and reviews while improving system scalability and performance.
• Research and propose new tools and technologies to improve system performance, reliability, and engineering processes.
• Partner with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in development.
• Experience building production systems using Java and frameworks like Dropwizard or Spring, with a solid grasp of REST, messaging systems, and relational databases.
• Proven experience of Vanilla JavaScript and the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Willingness to take ownership of services, drive technical initiatives, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
