We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer who owns their craft, thinks beyond code, and helps shape both the tech and product direction.

What you’ll do

• Build, maintain, and improve applications using Python (Django) and React (or equivalent frameworks).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to prototype, validate, and deliver MVPs or PoCs.
• Participate in technical and architectural decision-making and suggest improvements.
• Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams (scrum/kanban) with PMs, and other developers.
• Contribute ideas to improve project processes, delivery, and developer experience.

What we’re looking for

• You’re fluent in Python (typically 4+ years) and comfortable with Django, React.js, SQL, Docker, and REST APIs. You understand agile methodologies and are curious about how AI/ML can improve modern products and workflows.
• Track record of working with clients or stakeholders directly and delivering rapid proofs of concept.
• You don’t just execute tasks – you suggest, you challenge, you improve. You ask “why” and help answer it.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a flexible, fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
• This role can evolve into a Tech Lead role, so if you are interested in leadership and mentoring, that’s a plus.
