Your Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of customers and potentially fraudulent activity related transactions by investigating alerts generated in Luminor’s anti-financial crime systems
- Analysing customers’ information and transactions using Luminor’s systems, public databases and records
- Maintaining contact with structural units responsible for communication with customers to obtain information about customer’s activities
- Identification of suspicious and unusual activity related fraud, preparation of a summary of investigation and overview of customer’s activity and escalation to respective units if needed
- Participate in customer and transaction data migration activities by reviewing, validating and reconciling migrated information to ensure accuracy and compliance with AML/Fraud monitoring standards
- Support the migration project team by providing subject-matter expertise on fraud-related scenarios, contributing to testing activities
- Contribute to smooth transition into new systems or processes by documenting findings, raising issues, and cooperating with relevant stakeholders
What We Expect:
- University degree in law, economics, business management or any related field
- Previous experience in external fraud or financial crime management
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and “can do” mindset
- Objectivity and ability to remain independent while focusing on quality and operational excellence
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
