About the role

We’re looking for a CRM Manager who can contribute to the CRM function from strategy and planning to hands-on execution and automation. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both thinking big and building and executing day-to-day CRM campaigns.

While automation is a key part of this role, success will come from a broader skill set: campaign planning, content execution, data management, testing, and continuous optimization across the customer lifecycle.

You will be part of the CRM team and report directly to the Head of CRM, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful customer journeys and best CRM practices.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns, both automated and one-off

  • Design and maintain automated journeys that support and optimize every stage of the customer lifecycle

  • Create campaign plans and calendars aligned with business and marketing goals

  • Build segments, manage lists, and ensure accurate customer data and tagging

  • Analyze performance and report on key CRM KPIs

  • Run A/B tests and continuously optimize content, timing, and journeys

  • Maintain CRM best practices and documentation,

  • Analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

  • Collaborate with the product teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Other duties relating directly or indirectly to the above duties

  • What we expect from you:

  • Relevant experience in CRM, lifecycle and retention

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM automations and workflows

  • Experience in the area of online gaming, casino and/or sportsbook industry

  • Understanding of cryptocurrencies and related user flows

  • Proven ability to build complex, segmented, logic-based customer journeys

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM reporting and dashboards

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
