ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for Cost Accountant to join our Aviation Charges Team in Tartu, Estonia.

Working as a Cost Accountant you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing related operational costs, ensuring that costs are accurately invoiced according to agreements, agreed prices, based on flights/paxes/orders etc. and that the costs are accrued. In this role you have a chance to be a part of a team, whose job is crucial for Finnair`s financial reporting.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Purchase invoice handling

• Monthly closing activities

• Price updates and support of forecasting

• Reporting and analysis

• Contribute to job related process development

• Participate in different projects

You would be a good fit if you:

• Are accurate and detail-oriented

• Have good time management skills and are willing to work with deadlines

• Are able to fluently communicate in English (spoken and written)

• Have experiences in working with computer and different programs, especially MS Office tools

• Are great team player, but at the same time able to work individually

• Have relevant education and theoretical knowledge in finance (vocational education or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or similar)
