About the role

 As a Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to the People and Public Policy teams, ensuring financial transparency and supporting effective resource allocation. You’ll drive forecasting, budgeting, and insightful analysis, linking operational priorities with our financial goals. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and accountability, and help develop processes and dashboards that empower decision-making.

  Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner for People and Public Policy teams, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

• Deliver insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance, highlighting key variances and trends.

• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and planning processes, ensuring cost plans reflect current business needs.

• Collaborate with Controlling, FinTech, and business teams to develop and maintain automated dashboards and KPIs.

• Provide working capital analysis and support ad hoc projects across People, Policy, and Finance teams.

  About you:

• You have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, or Controlling, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• You have strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.

• You are familiar with financial planning and BI tools (e.g., Pigment, Looker, Tableau, or similar).

• You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and can collaborate across teams.

• You display a high attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and are fluent in English (written and verbal).
