Join our team as a Business Analyst in Risk Division!
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for risk-related initiatives (quantification, control and reporting), including system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process improvements.
- Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements based on the risk methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT and ensuring regulatory obligations are represented in requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking
- Analyze data and process dependencies, identify root causes and deliver actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Promote risk awareness, contribute to risk assessments and audits, and support business continuity planning
- Continuously identify opportunities for process and solution optimization
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, capital adequacy, stress testing, or regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and dashboard/reporting platforms
- Ability to manage end-to-end project activities including UAT, change management, and incident resolution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
