About the role

🦸 Responsibilities: 

  • Produce high-quality branded visual assets, including static visuals, carousels, social graphics, marketing materials, and internal communication assets.

  • Execute design briefs end-to-end, from concept to final delivery, across both Hey Digital and Hey Design.

  • Design for multiple formats including social media, presentations, email creatives, content assets, and promotional materials.

  • Support website and landing page design with a strong focus on layout, hierarchy, and responsiveness.

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, assets, and design systems.

  • Organise and maintain design files across Figma and Google Drive.

  • Communicate proactively and deliver work reliably and on time.

  • Continuously improve internal design consistency and quality.

Weekly

  • Attend weekly team meetings and design syncs.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing on campaigns and brand initiatives.

  • Stay up to date with trends in brand, digital design, and web experiences.

  • Share a weekly wrap-up highlighting wins, challenges, and learnings.

Monthly

  • Build and maintain internal brand assets, toolkits, and templates.

  • Support the creation or iteration of landing pages or website sections.

  • Review brand consistency across channels and suggest improvements.

Quarterly

  • Participate in quarterly planning and performance reviews.

  • Contribute to brand strategy and creative direction for internal initiatives.

  • Own and achieve role-specific OKRs focused on brand evolution and quality.

Ad hoc

  • Support leadership with special projects, campaigns, or presentations.

  • Maintain design documentation and SOPs.

  • Provide feedback to the wider design team when needed.

  • Collaborate on new brand initiatives or experimental creative work.

📌 Requirements:

  • 4–5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Digital Designer, or in a similar role.

  • Experience working in a mid–senior or senior design position.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and digital/web layouts.

  • Excellent proficiency in Figma.

  • Experience designing websites or landing pages and working with design systems.

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

  • A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work on time.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

⭐️ Really nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Framer is a strong plus.

  • Experience with ClickUp & Slack.

  • You have worked in a digital marketing agency.

  • Experience working with a fully remote team.
