We are looking for two Application Support Analysts to join a long-term project focused on supporting business-critical applications across their full lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on experience in application support who is comfortable working with databases, basic code, and deployment-related activities, and who can operate confidently in an international environment.

The position requires close collaboration with international stakeholders, particularly teams in Germany, and strong ownership of application readiness, deployment support, and post-release stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support across the full application lifecycle: preparation, deployment, testing, release, and ongoing support

• Verify that all prerequisites for application deployment are fulfilled (documentation, configurations, data readiness, access, dependencies)

• Work with databases to validate data consistency, troubleshoot issues, and support deployments

• Support deployment and release activities, including verification of deployment materials and post-deployment checks

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve application-related issues in cooperation with development and infrastructure teams

• Communicate clearly and effectively with international stakeholders, especially German teams

• Maintain operational stability of supported applications and ensure smooth handover between deployment and support phases

• Document support procedures, known issues, and operational knowledge as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support, Application Operations, or a similar role

• Good understanding of the full application lifecycle (from preparation and deployment to production support)

• Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL, data verification, basic troubleshooting)

• Basic understanding of code and application logic sufficient to support deployments and investigate issues

• Ability to verify deployment readiness and ensure all required materials and inputs are in place

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• English (spoken and written) – daily communication with international teams

• Willingness to work on-site in Prague for the first two months

• Experience supporting enterprise or business-critical applications

• Previous work in international or distributed teams

• Familiarity with deployment, release, or environment management processes

• Background in environments with structured handover between development and support
