ABOUT THE JOB
As a analyst, your mission is tos supporting financial crime compliance function in data analysis area. Perform data extraction, aggregation, validation and analysis. Create automated reporting solutions, dashboards and visualisations. Develop and maintain data automations and SharePoint solutions. Participate in reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and tools.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and tools;
- Maintain and configure anti-financial crime and compliance systems on daily basis;
- Conduct ongoing reviews of anti-financial crime and compliance solutions and tools, develop and implement optimization strategies;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practice and IT advancements to automate and modernize anti-financial crime and compliance systems;
- Perform user acceptance testing;
- Ensure solutions meet end-user needs and requirements, provide trainings for end-users and report incidents;
- Follow up on incidents and make sure they are solved, test before approving closure, if needed;
- Make data-driven decisions to resolve problems, suggest improvements and identify financial crime risks;
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment;
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems;
- Strong business process management understanding;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in a data analysis, visualization and SQL;
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly;
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
