About the role

As an Account Manager, you’ll own the commercial growth, retention and expansion of an assigned portfolio of well known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships- you are actively growing them. You’ll work closely with clients to: Increase active usage and transaction volumes. Upsell additional  for Business products and verticals. Identify scalable opportunities and replicate success across accounts. This is a high-energy, proactive role suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Own and grow a portfolio of existing business clients with a strong focus on usage growth, upsell, and expansion.
Proactively engage customers through regular calls, meetings, and visits, maintaining a high activity level.
Actively push adoption of new features, products, and use cases to drive higher volumes.
Take full ownership of customer performance, advising on optimal use cases to maximize value and retention.
Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing volume and revenue from existing clients.
Promptly handle customer queries while continuously steering conversations toward growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Account Managers, and Country Managers to unlock upsell and expansion opportunities.
Support onboarding of new clients while ensuring fast ramp-up and early growth.

About you:

You have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar B2B role.
You are hungry, driven, and comfortable with a high volume of calls and customer interactions.
You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts, increasing usage, and driving upsell.
You naturally identify opportunities and know how to scale them across accounts and segments.
You take strong ownership of results and push initiatives forward independently.
You communicate confidently in Estonian and English and can build trust quickly with stakeholders.
You are hands-on, proactive, and motivated by clear targets and measurable impact.
