About the role

💼 We’re hiring: Account Manager for the Italian market  transforming how manufacturing gets done and as WE EXPAND TO ITALY, we’re looking for our first Account Managers who are ready to help us break into a new, high-potential market.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, build the foundation, and shape how we grow in Italy from day one.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, builds strong customer relationships, and knows how to uncover opportunities others miss. You’ll work with engineering clients, drive outbound sales, and collaborate closely with our technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and value high.

👉 Our product-market fit is strong. Now we need someone who takes ownership and pushes growth in a new country. If you’re driven by targets and excited to build something from the ground up, this role is for you.

👀 You’ll love this if you…

  • Have strong outbound sales experience and know how to grow revenue (not just maintain accounts)

  • Speak Italian and English fluently (Estonian is a nice plus but not required)

  • Bring basic engineering or manufacturing understanding

  • Are structured but move fast, think practically, and don’t overcomplicate

  • Are excited about opening a new market and building something meaningful

  • Can work from our Tallinn or Tartu office at least part of the week

⭐️ Bonus points if you…

  • Come from manufacturing, mechanical engineering, CNC/metalworking, or 3D tech

  • Have startup or industrial platform sales experience

  • Have worked with Italian customers or in the Italian market

🛠What you’ll do:

You’ll be the go-to contact for Italian accounts from prospecting to onboarding to growing long-term relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our Project Engineers and operations team to deliver high value to clients.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Prospecting outbound via calls, emails, and social selling

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships (including site visits when needed)

  • Managing the full account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution

  • Working closely with Project Engineers and Estimators

  • Acting fast and practically to keep deals moving

  • Handling payment terms, disputes, and flexible payment plans

  • Keeping CRM (Salesforce) and the  platform clean and up to date

  • Understanding customer buying patterns and finding new growth opportunities
